HRT Protocols
Hormone
Optimization.
Hormones touch everything. A protocol that starts with a full panel and a clinician who actually reads it.

What it is
Hormone optimization isn’t about chasing a number. It’s about restoring the signalling that drives energy, mood, sleep, libido, and recovery — and confirming the change with bloodwork rather than guesswork.
Some members come in with symptoms; others come in with a panel that says everything is "in range" while their lived experience says otherwise. We work the same way for both.
“Designed for your biology. Not a template.”
How it works
Every protocol starts with a comprehensive panel — testosterone (total, free, SHBG), estradiol, thyroid (TSH, fT3, fT4, antibodies), DHEA-S, cortisol, and the markers your provider needs to see based on your history.
From there, your clinician designs a personalised protocol — often a topical or injectable for testosterone, an oral compound for thyroid, an adjunct as needed — and re-checks labs at the windows that matter.

Important safety information

Loop Health, LLC acts as a technology platform to connect you with independent, licensed healthcare providers (physicians and nurse practitioners) who evaluate your intake information and use their independent clinical judgment to determine whether treatment is medically appropriate for you.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Compounded drugs, including compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, have not undergone FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness, and quality. Compounding pharmacies are licensed and inspected by state Boards of Pharmacy.
Results may vary. Individual results vary significantly and depend on adherence to the treatment plan, diet, exercise, genetics, and health status. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
