Peptide Protocols
Recovery &
Repair.
Tissue repair, deeper sleep, faster bounce-back — peptide protocols built around how you actually live.

What it is
Recovery peptides are short chains of amino acids your body recognises as native signals. Some encourage your pituitary to release growth hormone the way it did when you were younger; others fuel the metabolic machinery your cells need to repair after stress.
Used together, they shorten the gap between a hard week and feeling like yourself again — without sledgehammer interventions.
“Recovery isn’t a luxury. It’s the protocol.”
How it works
Your clinician designs a stack based on your goals — sleep depth, training recovery, post-injury repair — and adjusts based on bloodwork and how you feel. Most members notice sleep changes first, usually inside two to three weeks.
Peptides are administered as small subcutaneous injections, typically before bed for the GH-releasing class.
Compounds
Available in this protocol.
Sermorelin
200–500 mcg nightly

NAD+
50–100 mg per dose
Coenzyme essential to mitochondrial energy and DNA repair.
GHK-Cu
1–2 mg per dose
Copper peptide for tissue repair, collagen, and skin regeneration.
Compound, dose, and frequency are determined by an independent licensed clinician.
The cohort
2–3 wk
